A Happy NewYear !
皆さま、明けましておめでとうございます。
去年はお世話になりました。
去年は波乱万丈の一年でした。
ですがその一方で、幾度となく神風が吹いた奇跡的な一年でもありました。
神風が吹くようになったことは、企業の組織力が高まってきたことの証拠だと思います。
今年の重点目標は下記の通りです。
(1)妥協なき学習の継続
(2)株式上場までの戦略的ストーリーの洗練
(3)会社メンバーの絆の強化
(4)会社の計数管理能力の最適化
(5)着実な成長路線への突入
今年は三段跳びで言うところの最後のジャンプの年になります。
一気に成長路線に突入しますので、振り落とされないようにしてください。
そして、継続的なフォローをお願いいたします。

Long time no see, everyone.
For some reasons, I couldn't write blogs for some months.
My situation hasn't changed very much, but today I feel like writing a blog entry.
So by following to my feeling straightforwardly, I express my current feeling.
For recent consecutive five days, I have been suffering from a terrible cold.
Especially a sore throat is the most annoying symptom for me.
Because I am allergic to molds and I have suffered from asthma since I was an elementary school student, catching a cold is one of the most terrible threats for my health.
But I have many critical tasks for my two companies unique corporation and lead-japan corporation.
So for these two weeks, the situation has been the test of my strength of the sole.
Without doubt now is one of the toughest and the most challenging days of my life.
And that now is in the end of the fiscal year of unique corporation, so the settlement of account imposes many tasks on me.
By the way, recently I feel the time's importance more and more compared with the level of my feeling before.
In order to make one's life better, the time management of 2,000 hours is one of the most effective factors.
For example, there are some kind of cases that is easy for us to understand the importance like entrance examinations and some qualification's examinations.
In our cramming schools analysis, a student who has average learning skills will be able to clear the entrance exam of Tokyo University in high likelihood by studying for 2,000 hours except the time used in his/her school.
If one inputs one's time resource steadily, the total amount of time will become huge by year.
For making 2,000 hours in a year, one has only to spend 40 hours a week.
It's the same as the standard working time criteria ruled by the Labor Basic Law.
By using 2,000 hours efficiently, we can change our life's quality by ourselves.
In recent years, I have been trying to acquire the skill to make people smarter as a teacher and a business leader.
Although I am on the mid way to the master level, but so far I could have organized most of main tips to innovate people.
The tips are one of the most important treasures for my life.
And now I am planning to make our new service prevail in the world market especially in US market.
In order to realize this objective, I have been spending most of my time to this project.
And when the cumulative time excesses 2,000 hours, I think I will be able to make the world surprised.
Let's go to the world market with us!
